Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

A signed waiver is required for all clients (minor waiver required for clients under 18)

We do not offer services on individuals with pacemakers or other medical conditions that may be affected by the welding process

Clients must disclose any metal allergies or sensitivities before selecting their jewelry

The process is quick and painless, but we require clients to remain still during the process for safety

All permanent jewelry sales are final. No refunds or exchanges after the piece is welded

We use high quality 14k gold filled and sterling silver materials. However normal wear and tear may occur over time

If jewelry breaks within 7 days due to welding issue, we will re-weld at no cost

Repairs or re-welding after 7 days may incur a small fee

If you need to remove your jewelry for any reason (E.G, medical procedures), we offer a re-wel service for a fee. *Please remember to cut at jump ring to avoid losing chain length

Clients are responsible for approving the chain selection and sizing before welding

Once welded, the size cannot be adjusted without cutting and re-welding may incur a fee

Custom orders and special requests (E.G, special chain designs + charms) may require additional processing time

Payment is required in full at time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit and digital payments

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on jewelry once it has been welded on

Loyalty card discount is only applicable on one piece 

Appointment + booking cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to another appointment/booking. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a 50% deposit transfer and cancelling within 24 hours will result in forfeiting the full deposit

We offer private parties + group bookings. A Deposit is required to secure booking. (Pricing listed on booking site)

Pop up events + markets may have additional fees depending on location + headcount estimate

We may take photos + videos for marketing purposes. Clients who do not wish to be featured should notify us before their appointment

Clients acknowledge that permanent jewelry is a voluntary cosmetic service

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, metal sensitivities, or external forces  (E.G, snagging on objects)

By receiving our services, clients are to release our business from any liability related to jewelry application or removal process

All clients must sign our liability waiver before receiving services
